Main Refund Conditions

If you are dissatisfied with a purchased consulting package or workshop, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment, provided that no more than 20% of the consulting hours have been used or a substantial portion of materials has not been delivered.

To initiate a refund, please contact your personal manager or our support team via the contact page, stating the reason, product or service name, and payment details.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • More than 20% of prepaid consulting hours have been used.
  • Completed workshops or events.
  • Customized consulting services where the majority of work has been delivered.
  • Downloaded materials after purchase.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after payment.
